This process will be completed within 72 hours (keep in mind that you must be in Good Academic and Financial Aid Standing, your FAFSA must be completed and your aid awarded). Until your eligibility has been determined, you will only be allowed to view the job postings that are available.

If eligible, your status will indicate "Eligible-Federal Work Study" or "Eligible-Institutional Work Study"

  • At the bottom of each job posting you will see "Apply for this Job", click on link and complete the application. (All applications are automatically sent to the department for review by the supervisors)
Once you completed and submitted the employment application it will populate your profile as "Applied". If the position has been filled, the status will change to "Closed" and if you have been chosen as the work study candidate, your status will change to "Hired".

You have the option to withdraw any of your applications that are in pending status. This will notify the department that you are no longer interested.
